Q.	Why are BrainStorm’s Quick Start Cards better than other quick reference cards?
A.	All BrainStorm’s Quick Start Cards include six full pages of step-by-step instruction with full-color illustrations to help you be sure you’re doing the right things to complete your chosen software task. BrainStorm’s Quick Start Cards also don’t stop at explaining beginning software tasks, they include instructions on more advanced tasks to help you increase your productivity.
Q.	Can I copy your Quick Start Cards for my friends and colleagues?
A.	BrainStorm’s Quick Start Cards are copyrighted, so you cannot copy the cards without express written permission from BrainStorm, Inc. At such a low price per card, however, you may just want to buy cards for the friends and colleagues with whom you want to share.
Q.	Are Quick Start Cards durable enough to handle some abuse from being in my messy drawer?
A.	BrainStorm’s Quick Start Cards are printed on high-quality cardstock that has been coated to protect against spills, tears, and other abuse. They aren’t indestructible, but they will handle most common office or home use.
Q.	Are Quick Start Cards available in other languages?
A.	Some Quick Start Cards have been translated into Spanish, French, German, or Dutch. Please contact BrainStorm, Inc. at 1.801.229.1337 to inquire about cards in other languages.
Q.	Can I see a PDF sample of a Quick Start Card before I decided to buy?
A.	If the front and back views and description of the Quick Start Card are not enough for you to get an idea of what the Quick Start Card contains, two-page Quick Start Card samples are available. Please contact a BrainStorm sales representative at 1.801.229.1337 to obtain a PDF sample.
Q.	Are full Quick Start Cards available to purchase in PDF form?
A.	Quick Start Cards are designed to be a tangible, hands-on reference for those that may be a little technophobic or worried about finding help files on their computers. Quick Start Cards in PDF form wouldn’t serve the purpose for which they were designed. But, if a printed form will not serve your needs, electronic PDF Quick Start Cards are available for large quantity orders. Contact BrainStorm at 1.801.229.1337 for more information.

Computer-Based Training

Q.	Why is BrainStorm’s Computer-Based Training better than other computer training options?
A.	BrainStorm’s Computer-Based Trainings are completely contained training courses on one CD. There are no courses to attend or manuals to read. Computer-Based Training is one of the easiest and fastest ways to get the training you need. BrainStorm’s discs are also uniquely broken into special courses, so you can view only the tutorials you need for your level of learning. Then, once you’re familiar with the software, you can continue to use BrainStorm’s Computer-Based Training to search for the help you need with unfamiliar tasks you come across as you’re using the software.
Q.	Do I need to install any software to play your Computer-Based Training CDs?
A.	No. The Computer-Based Training CDs are self contained. All you need to do is place the disc in your CD-ROM drive and the disc will do the rest. In fact, you can even have other programs open while you view the CBT so you can follow along with the instructor and multi-task while you are viewing the training.
Q.	Can I use your Computer-Based Training CDs on a Mac?
A.	Yes. Because the Computer-Based Training CDs use an Internet browser to display its contents, you can use any platform, including a Mac, to view the training.
Q.	I noticed your Computer-Based Training CDs have over six hours of content. Do I need to sit at my computer for six hours to learn what I need to know to get started?
A.	No. Although you can view all the content on the Computer-Based Training in one sitting, you don’t need to. The Computer-Based Training tutorials are conveniently divided into courses to help you watch only the segments you need to see, whether you are a beginner or advanced user who just wants to learn little-known features. To get to these courses, click the Course tab on the CBT and choose a course from the drop-down list that appears.
Q.	Do I need to subscribe to get all the Computer-Based Training titles you provide or can I buy only the titles I need?
A.	Unlike other computer training companies, BrainStorm does not trick you into subscribing or joining any clubs when you purchase our CBTs. You purchase only the titles you want when you want and you don’t need to purchase them in any specific order. You know what you need to learn and should dictate the training you want to buy.
