Shipping Policy

We currently ship to any address in the United States, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. We will also ship to destinations outside the United States, but any deliveries requested for addresses outside the U.S. are subject to refusal by BrainStorm, Inc.

Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Typically, we ship based on the customer’s shipping choice, but in some cases we may change the shipping method based upon delivery place, delivery time, insurability, and tracking capability. We will notify the customer if we elect to change the shipping method they chose.

Some oversized, international, or special handling orders will need to be shipped via Common Carrier.

Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping center and the shipping preference you select. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the day you order if the shipping center receives the order prior to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays. Orders received by the shipping center after 2 p.m. local time will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. If shipment of your order is delayed, BrainStorm, Inc. will notify you by email. 

Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (USPS, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or Ground). Payment Methods

BrainStorm, Inc. will only accept major credit cards as a payment method over the Internet. To use a check, money order, or purchase order, please call one of our sales representatives at 1.801.229.1337 to place your order.

Return Policy and Procedure 

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your BrainStorm purchase. However, should you decide that the item(s) that you have purchased does not, for some reason, meet your needs, BrainStorm will accept returns for in-store credit (less original shipping amount) based on the following Return Policy: 

1. The item(s) is returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.
2. The item(s) is returned with its original BrainStorm receipt.
3. 3. The item(s) is in its original, unused condition (unless there is a product defect).
